Orders placed before noon are usually processed within 1 business day. If your order is placed at the end of a Friday, chances are it won’t ship until the following Monday. Placed orders are shipped within 1-2 business days
Typically, our engraving services can take up to 5 – 7 business days.
Similar to shipping an order, it depends on the day of your order was made. If your order is placed at the end of a Friday, chances are your watch will only be engraved the next week.
We stand for good quality products and we only want the best for our customers. So if there is a fault with an item you have received, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
We will try to resolve any issue with a faulty item as quickly as possible but we need you to tell us as soon as you discover the fault. Please include as many details as possible about the order and the problem with the goods and we sort it out for you.
Shipping costs vary depending on the size, weight, destination and shipping option you choose. You can check your shipping charges by adding items to your shopping cart and proceeding to the check out page. The normal rate for shipping is:
Shipping cost: RM 9 per item. The next item will cost you additional RM 4.50
Shipping cost: RM 15 per item. The next item will cost you additional RM 10
Shipping cost: Rm 11 per item. The next item will cost you additional RM 5.50
Shipping cost: Rm 20 per item. The next item will cost you additional RM 15
You will not be charged until you enter your credit card information and submit your order.

Please include the order number the return relates to, your details and whether you want a refund or an exchange. Without these details, we won’t be able to take the appropriate action.
Once we receive the returned goods, we will inspect and process the goods within 24 hours to ensure you receive what you want as quickly as possible. Any refund will automatically be issued to the card used to make the original purchase and in the event we are unable to provide a suitable replacement, we will automatically refund you and let you know via email.
